Cllr. McGinley Secures Changes to the Draft County Development Plan

Cllr. McGinley secured a number of changes to the Draft County Development Plan including:

Increased Minimum Floor and storage areas for area’s for houses and apartments.
New requirement that each house shall have adequate screened storage for at least 3 wheelie bins.
To strongly enforce the provisions of the Litter Pollution Act 1997 by prosecuting offenders.
That the use of “White Light” Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) shall be the standard lighting for all new residential estates
